Swiss and Portuguese national benefiting from a very long career in hospitality, mainly focused on food and beverage operations.
Started to work in education in 1999 for Les Roches School of Hotel Management and continued with Glion Institute of Higher Education.
Fashioned a hotel school in India with a Swiss (César Ritz Colleges) accreditation.
Awarded the prize for best research paper in 2016 in partnership with a colleague during the EuroCHRIE in Budapest.
