Students of the I|AM had a unique opportunity to assist at a conference given in the Palais de Rumine in Lausanne. The speeches were help by Frederik Paulsen, general honorary consul, businessman, chairman of Ferring Pharmaceuticals and philanthropist and Christian de Marliave, a scientific coordinator and consultant for several polar missions with over 20 years of experience in the Arctic and the Antarctic.
